Refund and Cancellation Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your product/website on ZapBook, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund of your subscription. You can contact us via email@example.com or call us on +91 737 851 2492. Refund of your subscription will be subject to one time processing charge which will be equal to one month of your subscription amount calculated from your annual subscription plan. Refund requested beyond 7 days will not be valid unless the transaction is proven to be fraudulent in nature.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is revived, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund reques. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
